Your work will require to understand the connection between business processes, data and the respective IT set-up to pro-actively solve complex problems. You will work closely with other team members and relevant stakeholders to drive the implementation of new solutions and processes for business and regulatory requirements connected to Nordea’s Credit Risk process.

About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Recovery and Loss Data team. We are a new team, driving the development of new processes and solutions for the collection and monitoring of recovery and loss data, such as in debt collection. Our aim is to build sustainable processes and supporting tools that cater for automation through which we enable great customer experiences. We work closely with our IT partners to lead the development in this space. We maintain and foster close collaborations with stakeholders and development units in the business areas and other group functions.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Structuring and driving analysis from initiation to successful delivery in close collaboration with management and stakeholders
  • Be part of an agile structure, with focus on defining, evaluating and prioritizing features working closely with development teams and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring our solutions meet business and regulatory requirements and maximize business value
  • Building expertise of Nordea’s credit risk agenda especially on High Risk and Credit Risk models; including understanding of regulatory requirements affecting Credit Risk as well as the systems and data flows

You’ll join a diverse, multi-faceted and passionate team. Occasional travel primarily in the Nordics should be expected. The location is any of the Nordic capitals.

Your experience and background:

  • At least 3 year of experience working with regulations / data / business processes within Banking, preferably within Credit Risk
  • Preferably can work with large data sets / data flows (i.e. in SQL) and capable of working independently with a high level of responsibility
  • Experience in driving change (from gathering business requirements to implementation) in an agile environment
  • Have a professional level of English, both written and spoken
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can build strong relationships with stakeholders across Business and IT
