About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to join our HR Data Science team who will report directly to the HR Data Science Manager within the Human Resources function and HRIS department.
Main Responsibilities:
In this position, you will work side by side with the HR Data Science team, get familiar with Ferrero HR topics, processes and systems.
You will learn how to perform analysis on data availability and data quality, working with the team on the worldwide adoption of existing BI tools within the HR&OI family.
Moreover, you will support HR&OI professionals in the creation of ad hoc analysis, training sessions delivery about Business Intelligence tools to HR&OI stakeholders and in activities dedicated to HR Data Science projects and initiatives (Descriptive and Predictive).
You will also explore how to contribute to HR Dashboards' data catalogue preparation (KPI, Measures, Dimensions).
On top of that, your role will be to monitor the full alignment of the current existing BI Reports and Dashboards (SAP Bex, MS Power BI) with HR data source systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors [Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, Separation,…], Health & Safety tools, Organizational Charts).
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your educational background in Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or Data Science.
You are showing good analytical skills with attention to details.
Team player, you are demonstrating flexibility and proactivity with a collaborative approach.
On top of this, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel [VLOOKUP, Pivot table]).
You are also familiar with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP Bex or similar) and HR information systems, (e.g. SAP HR, SuccessFactors).
Finally, you are fluent in English.
