We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Data Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Data Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our data assets to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Defining Data Quality Requirements and operational processes 
  • Developing Data Cleansing Plan and Data Cleansing Approach including monitoring of data cleanse status 
  • Assessing current state data quality processes and procedures and overall data quality 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management or similar
  • Experience of managing data environments in multi functional ERP programme 
  • Experience of establishing, improving and monitoring data quality 
  • Experience of establishing and monitoring data quality during project lifecycle 
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with data owners in the business 
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
