We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist who is eager to make an impact on their career and take on a new challenge!

With the support of this network, it will be your job to own your algorithms & domain.

With us, you will

• Mine up to terabytes of data, develop models and algorithms to derive actionable insights, and then translate those insights into business

• Partner with business leaders to fully understand the problem, and data engineers to automate & deploy your models into applications providing prescriptions to different domains across Sales, Marketing, Product Supply, HR, etc. - that allows P&G to serve consumers worldwide in a better way

• Utilize P&G's leading AI Factory platform to quickly build sustainable, automatable algorithms

• Have a deep understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning, Optimisation, and other advanced analytical models – and how to apply them to real-world problems

• Answer business questions and propose solutions for business problems by applying machine learning techniques and algorithms and automatizing analysis of consumer information or other deep learning data

• Discover and invent next-generation analytic capabilities for our business partners

• Own your new creative algorithm-driven applications from design-thinking up to user adoption

• Team up with technology partners to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions

Job Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative degree (Statistics, Operation Research, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics)

• Solid code writing capabilities/software engineering basics - Python is your preferred language

• Strong technical & analytical skills (ML, Optimization/OR, GenAI applications, Statistics, applied EDA & analysis skills)

• Basic understanding of Business Intelligence Tools such as PowerBI, Tableau for robust EDA & problem formulation

• Proven success in leadership, problem-solving and prioritizing

• Strong collaboration skills and working comfortably across teams

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps practices

• Knowledge with Cloud Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform

• Experience with Agile DevOps, Github, Jira, Confluence
