Keystone Solutions is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our consultancy team for a dynamic mission at a client site. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, applying your expertise to help our clients achieve their business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect commercial and client survey data from various sources such as GAN, Quickwin, Cognos files, and Salesforce.
- Transform and structure data using Amadea and Power BI datasets.
- Analyze data and make it available to different stakeholders:
- Provide insights to management (e.g., market shares, NPS evolution) using Power BI.
- Support sales teams with reports on commercial actions and KPIs via Power BI.
- Make data files available to brokers through the Salesforce portal.
- Share data with third parties through automated FTP and SharePoint uploads.
- Utilize Excel tools for simulation purposes (e.g., custom mixes, periodic savings).
- Participate in projects to develop NPS measures throughout the customer journey.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in Amadea (recent experience: 1-3 years).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA (recent experience: 1-3 years).
- Intermediate proficiency in Power BI (recent experience: this year).
- Beginner proficiency in Salesforce (experience at any time).
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in two of the following languages: French, Dutch, English.
- French or Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency.
- English: Professional working proficiency.
