Your Role

As a Business Intelligence for Insurance focuses on using data and analytical tools to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions within the insurance sector. This role involves extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to help insurance companies improve their operations, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

More precisely, your responsibilities will include:

  • Elicits, analyzes, specifies and validates the business needs of stakeholders
  • Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
  • Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
  • Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
  • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
  • Utilize SQL and other data extraction tools to retrieve data from various sources.
  • Clean, transform, and load data into data warehouses or analysis tools.
  • Analyzing current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Recommending and implementing optimized workflows and procedures.

What we are looking for

  • BSc Degree in Management, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering, or any other related discipline
  • Εxperience with SQL
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills along with a goal-oriented approach
  • Experience and Discipline with Testing/QA
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Banking or Payments required
  • People-focused; Empathetic, courageous, open and energetic with a natural tendency to improve others
  • A strong communicator with advanced organizational skills
