Our partner helps customers in the field of fasteners and offers an ever-expanding range of industrial products, tools and safety products from renowned manufacturers. Our main customers include machinery and equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and repair and maintenance (MRO) companies, for which, in addition to quality products and services, we also provide comprehensive supply solutions (VMI) and the smooth running of their businesses.
The Role
Their company deals with more than 400 thousand products and therefore they need someone to ensure the accuracy of product data and thus improve the quality of their product range information both in the ERP system (SAP) and on the web. They are looking for a colleague who will be in charge of organizing the processes related to data collection and processing through effective communication with both internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collecting product information internally across departments and externally through communication with suppliers.
- Improving data quality.
- Finding new product data from internal sources or external platforms.
- Improving webshop searches by identifying the right filters and product specifications.
- Monitoring gaps in processes and systems.
Role Requirements
- Attention for details.
- Two years of experience working with data.
- Previous knowledge of SAP, webshop or CCV2 will be a big advantage.
- Someone who is at ease in an informal environment.
- Languages: fluent English and Czech.
